Pat your own shoulder and thank yourself. Now that you have told me, I can say Thank You. But the very fact that you are invisible must be because you don't want recognition!

I think at times we all struggle with that very thing. We do something with the best intention and would be nice to be appreciated but I remember something I was taught a long time ago. It's in the word but I don't remember exactly where. anyways our reward comes from God. It talks about when we do for other don't even tell anyone u did it. What's done in secret will be rewarded in Heaven but what's done in open well that's our reward.
none of us like being taken for granted but I just try to think about Jesus look what all He did all the peeps he healed and very rarily did any say thank you. It didn't make him stop helping others so we can't either.

you come out in front of whole world to say that you are invisible ?? so your problem is now solved ..right ?

what kind of credit you want ? God will give you without asking ...you can be invisible to the whole world ..but not to God..God will simply look at the intentions in your heart and reward you that way...

Hi,
it's such a wonderful thing to have in ur mind, about doing things for others however no body praising you for it. i have a question for you, when was the last time you thanked GOD for giving you this wonderful life or for a matter of fact to ur wonderful parents. i am sure u vaguely rember doing so. just belive in doing things for others, helping others, it does come back in some or the other good form. i was one selfish fellow, i always use to do things for others to hear people boasting about me. it gave me a new high all the time. but hey that did not contuniue for a long time. until i discovered the real joy in secretly helping others and doing good deeds and feeling the special SMILE on their face. the best would be take a 2/5/10 rupee note. write on it using pencil " MAY GOD GIVE U LOT"S OF MONEY, FAME and HAPPINESS" and leave it in a place where somebody can pick it up. but do not follow as to who picks is. just imagine u getting some note somewhere, what would be ur reaction. We are simple human beings. GOD does so much for us, does he call u on ur cell daily to ask you, what all he did for u. well good luck for ur life i am sure u are one happy individual and at the same time very very confident in over coming this bad phase. change ur nature of expecting. good luck. GOD BLESS.

Your statement in false in that you are ignoring the rebirth at the point that a true believer in Jesus Christ is saved from his sins and born again.

You need to remember that God knows the very intents of the heart before you say or do anything. And based on our true intent we are judged as a sinner.

Please examine your motives for you postings on this site. If they are evil, God is making a record of every thing that you think, say and do.

You will answer for all on the day of Judgment. And will spend eternity in Heaven or Hell based on your relationship with Jesus Christ.

I pray that you ask Christ to forgive and save you today.

I help people out ALWAYS and even when the help is not necesarily deserved. Out of everyone I have ever in life helped my prisoners are the ones who thank me the most.

I help from my heart and I ask for nothing in return. Yes it is nice to get credit-But if you are doing it for credit it is not from your heart, which basically means your just doing it to get noticed. I work with the worst of the worst and they have given me more sincere thank you's than anyone else.

Do nothing-Help from your heart or don't do it at all!

First of all ask yourself if your heart is where it should be in the matter. If you want people to praise you and credit you then its not going to happen. People will fail you, bottom line. But God sees what you are doing and he will reward you secretly. You dont need people to pat you on the back. Jesus is the only one who matters, please Him because he will never stop loving you. Think of all the credit we as people owe to Him for dying on the cross for us, so that we could have a chance to be saved from a life of destruction.

Search yourself.

God sees all and will reward. Whatever you do do in secret and the Lord God will reward you in secret. If you seek credit did you really do it to help or just to get the credit. A little thank you is normal to want but just remember Christ didn't get thanked for all the things He did either.

Sometimes life moves so fast that shallow people don't think twice about recieving help, and sometimes the work and or help is enough thanks in of itself. And what do you mean you are invisible???? You must be visible... Don't worry about such small stuff, maybe you spend too much time here. Go find something fun to do, and that can be your thanks to yourself.

You should learn to do these things not for the thanks from others but for the thanks you get from yourself. Giving is a very selfish act. You end up in the end getting so much more than you give. The key is not to get used. When you give and get nothing in return, meaning even a good feeling about the act of giving itself then it is time stop giving to that particular person or group. You should follow your spirit it will guide on who and how so that you get more than a thank you in return.
