well depending on how old you are. first, if you a youger dude(teenager) then no mater what you do, do something. you'll never win the lottery if you don't gamble. second, if you are in school and you want to talk to her try to catch her alone, in a place where you know you will be able to have enough time to have a decent conversation. three, ask alot of questions. not about random things, about her, but start with things like" hi, how's it going" and "what ya doin" or" how are things" then after that, start into the more personal things , like " where are you originally from" and" how many people in her family" or "if she likes to read or watch movies" . but don't ask question like" what do you like to do for fun" or " whats your favorite movie" those are dead end questions that you will find out later. forth and final, when you feel you've talked long enough for her to have smiled atleast three times always end the conversation by telling her that you have to be heading of somewhere but don't tell her where. then it comes down to my favorite line, which is also why i told you to stay away from that" what do you like to do for fun" line because it ruins the surprise, is the topper, "what are you doing after", but don't start it with "So...". Then if she doesn't seem to be doing anything important, say" want to come over to my place and watch a movie?" but also stay away from starting that with" sooo... you think maybe you would like to i don't know maybe..." blah, blah, blah. chicks don't dig extra conversation garbage like that, it waste time, leave room for awkward space. and walla! o ya, when your watching to movie, she sit, you put it in(get up to do it) then when it starts sit uncomfortably close to her, but don't worry if she moves away a little, she gets the hint. then three quarters of the why through, right in the action, forget the ending and make your move. now the older guys, before the bar closes and she is away from her friends say" what are you doing after the bar?" then whatever she says, suggest going to your place before everyone starts leaving and the fights start. wink.

everybodies answer sucks dude, take it from me. yes of course hi works but what are you going to say after that. if its a girl you dont know introduce yourself. you dont want to come on strong so dont complement her or flirt, its obvious to her that you like her, since youre coming up to her in the first place. after you introduce yourself ask her name if she didn't say it, and remember it, use her name at the end of your conversation. ask her about going out, if she's seeing anyone and exchange phone numbers. dont refer to going out as a date, or ask her to a bar or something. the point of the first meeting is to establish the ability to contact this person. you dont want to be pushy. just get straight to the point tell her it was a pleasure to meet her, replace her with her name. and walk away. be mysterious, when i say this i mean spark an interest make her want to know more about you, girls read guys that like them like a book she'll start criticing you from the moment you say hi. so come on confident, smooth and in control of the conversation and situation. and remember the worst she can do is say no.

LOL, I wish I knew the best way to do that. Heres what I did. I called her up in a phonebook and told her straight out that I liked her. She never talked to me again.

I wouldn't know what to tell you.

Go up to her and tell her you like her. That's what I do and I never got a bad response yet.
