because they r afraid to be exposed. they think it shows weakness.

They try to be strong. It's all part of the male ego. Some men don't want to be seen as weak. This is a total shame. I like a man who cries and shows his emotions. It makes me feel closer in the relationship.

becuase if it is a straight man, they feel they can't show emotion or else you will think less of them, like they are weak and wont be able to look to them for protection, just like my father who is from mexico where most men cannot be weak or do anything a little feminine or else they feel shame, like when his father died, he was bawling but when i gave a tissue he couldnt turn to look at me. by showing their emotion in anger they feel like they will still be in control.

men open up to ppl that they trust and understand what ever the problem maybe and I know that it is hard to open up sometimes fear that the one that i lived half my life with would think less of me and mostly that's how it turns to anger and thats how hurt starts especially when the understanding person no longer able to listen

I don't. I'm one of the most open people I know.
I think a lot of guys don't say anything because they don't want to make a big fuss over it, though.

I don't have a problem with it...Everyone deals with things in their own way and some just do it better then others.
