It depends how they come on. I see nothing wrong with the women expressing interest. If they are just being seductive, then I would consider it a bit slutty. If they get a one night stand as a result, they deserve it.
Let me rephrase that...if what the woman wants is just a one night stand and is honest about it, then I'm not necessarily going to consider her slutty. It becomes a situation between 2 consenting adults and their own personal views and values. I don't want it to appear as a double standard for men and women.

It shouldn't be thought of as slutty unless that was the intention. I think it is very flattering for a girl to approach the guy and make the first move. It shows confidence and self assurance which is a plus in my book anyway. We live in the year 2006 so things have changed!

It depends on the guy, and also on your method. If you ACT really slutty, then a guy will think you are slutty, which most men do NOT like, unless they are looking for a one-night stand.
Most of the time, though, if your idea of "coming on" to a guy just means going over to him at a party or a club and talking to him, introducing yourself, asking him to dance, or whatever, guys dig it. Then, if you are getting along really well, have some stuff in common, he doesn't have a girlfriend, and you want to, just say "Hey, do you want to give me a call sometime? Here is my number."
Most guys I know would really like that.

No slutty is when you come on to a guy, then sleep with him, and his friend, and the guy next door, and his father.

I love it.As a performing musician,I've seen it and experienced it.I respect and admire a woman who knows what she wants and isnt afraid of what others may say.

i think its better for the guys that the girls approach them first.this will remove the guy's dubts whether the girl is seriously with him or not.
