Have a friend that I knew liked me for quit some time and he finnally asked me out. I dont know if I want to go out with him and I am afriead that if I do people would look at us funny. I like it but would it be wrong to go out with him if I still like and have lots of feelings for some one else?

I think you should just stay friends. Especially if you have feelings for someone else. It really hurts to know your girlfriend likes someone else and doesn't really like you.

Go out, have a good time, and see what happens. Are you going to die if someone looks at you funny? You need some more self confidence.

If you don't like the idea of being in a relationship, you can always tell him that down the road.

Well if you like him then go out with him and you are not married or taken so a date wouldent hurt but you have to let him know that you are dating and you dont know what you guys future is. but if you have lots of feeling for someone else then maybe you shouldent go out with the friend, because your feeling for that other person will keep kicking you in the butt.

IF he wants to take you out and you don't want to hurt his feelings. May be you can ask one of your girl friends to go with you.

Stay friends if your not ABSOLUTELY committed to him, or else you'll never talk again..trust me, i know
