As far as I can tell it doesnt make you specifically drowsy, but I have had it make me dizzy in large doses when it was prescribed for me by a doctor. Anything over 600 mg usually makes me feel pretty loopy. I looked up ibuprophen which is the generic name of the drug in Advil and Motrin. The link below gives all the side effects and doesn't say drowziness but it does say dizziness. I would be careful driving if you take more than the over the counter dosage. That's just my humble opinion. Hope it helps.

No, it's just like Motrin! Nothing in it to make you drowsy. Make sure that you read the label on it!
