No, please don't start a war at all, we have enough problems in the world without these stupid wars............

What the Hell for? It's ok for us to have these weapons and not them? Not to mention that even if they perfect the weapon, they'll never use it. Don't you know your history?
Mutually assured destruction. Fantastic deterrent.
This is only a big deal because everyone is making it a big deal.
What's more, this should give you pause to think about how the rest of the damned world feels about the United States having these weapons. How comfortable do you think they are knowing that we not only possess nuclear weapons, but have used them?
