see this question actually makes me think about our humane society, most people say NO, I would never do it..and are even offended by the question. I am not sayin I would kill if it was legal, But for example if someone raped my daugther or sister, and they got away with it, there's no doubt in my mind I would consider killing their aZZ.
I guess, it all depends on the circumstances, I would not kill for fun, or for the act of killin, I would consider doing it, if someone hurt to death one of my loved ones. I would do anything for my friends and family.

No, I would never kill a person even if it was legal. 1st of all that would mean taking away a person's life, who might be the provider of a family, and maybe a husband, or wife. And that would basically be horrible. Plus if you did kill a person, like lets say a woman, and lets say she was pregnant, and you killed her then you would kill two people, and probably feel horrible. So no. Also, if anyone was willing to kill people for the fun of it, they might as well be locked up now. And also, then I would surely go to hell, and that's DEFINITELY not one of my intentions.

if it was legal to kill, i would only kill to protect those that I love, besides, it is legal to kill in certain situations, its legal for a cop or an army officer to kill in certain situations. Also, I believe there are hunting seasons for people to kill things like ducks etc. You never really specified the killing of humans.

If you have the propensity to kill I don't think the legal issue is going to get in your way. As for me a resounding NO.

No need to use if, there are still some religions they claim to kill in different situation. And in some countries killing is a part of punishment.

Therefore, if you ask this question my answer will be no because it is not wise and we are not here for destruction we are creation of God we are here for construction not destruction.

Legally speaking, killing cannot be legalized or permitted under any circumstances except self-defence.

You need to realize that there is a difference between killing and murder.
Killing could be in self defense, out of necessity, or completely unavoidable.
Murder is something completely different.
