Sorry your stomach doesn't feel well.

To get songs out of your head, focus on relaxing as much as possible, and count your breaths. Count once on each out breath, and start counting from 1 each time your mind wanders. Work towards getting to 10. When you get to 10, start at 1 again.

I don't understand why you'd want songs out of your head when you're trying to sleep!! I love it when I have a song stuck in my head, because it makes me fall asleep much much faster! But if you want a song out of your head, I'd either write it down on paper, or use the bathroom, or drink some water, ANYTHING to get your mind on something else.

Have an Alkaseltzer, lie flat on your stomach and count sheep till you're asleep. Avoid raucous rhythms for the rest of your life and, if possible, try listening to soft or classical music before you sleep or while sleeping. Does wonders to you, trust me. Good Night.

Just put your mind on something else.I read before I turn the light out, that helps. After the light is out I focus on praying the Lord's Prayer and then the 23rd psalm. Lots of times I never finish the prayers because I'm asleep before I finish praying.

You better turn off the switch in your head.

Very easy way, try counting sheep from 1 to as much as you can.
I am sure you will sleep well.

Don't listen to so many songs. You could also meditate if you'd like. That's like when you keep on concentrating on something before you sleep (like your breathing). Whenever you mind wanders to a song, just concentrate on your breathing or something.
