ask your gynocologist. He will go over the options with you. Withdrawal does NOT work. Always wear a condom unless you are a married disease-free couple. Pills are close to 100% efective. Don't gamble with sex. Babies are serious business.

The best way to avoid pregnancy is abstinence but the ones that you have listed are good also. Just be safe and know what you are getting into. What happens if the boy is too caught up to withdraw his penis or what if the condom breaks or what if you forget to take the pill that day. You have to think about EVERY what if. Your life and health depend on it

No sex at all. Or the pill and condom with spermicide. If the condom is damaged in any way a baby is possible. And having a back up for a damaged condom is the pill/shot/patch. Withdrawl is like playing Russian Roulette with an 18 year price tag. If you aren't ready to take care of a little human being check out the sites below to help you out more.

abstinance ... but nobody ever practices this for long! Condoms are fine, if used properly and carefully (trim those fingernails). Pills are probably the most effective, but can have side-effects. Withdrawel DOES NOT WORK. A small number of reproductive cells (ok, sperm) are almost always ejaculated BEFORE male orgasm occurs, in which case, often withdrawel is too late, and it's only luck that one of the little fellas doesn't find his way to the glorious egg!

Pills are the most effective. Withdrawal is almost a guarantee of pregnancy. You should always use a condom, not just for birth control but for safety.

I would say all of the above, the pill in case the condom breaks, the condom in case the pill fails(that's how i was born), and pull out in case the other 2 options fail.

Also, you can just try abstinence, it works just as well as a hysterectamieLOL!

All of the above, together.

That's the best way.

The worst way is withdrawal.
