Be very careful what you ask for. Sex creates a permanent change in your relationship with that person. If you break up afterwards, you leave a bit of yourself with her, and she with you. Therefore, it makes sense to have a permanent relationship (i.e. get married) before having sex.
Now, before you make such a commitment to someone, your parents are the most important person in your life. All that changes after you marry, and your wife must be the most important person in your life (apart from God, of course). So before you take any action to marry, it makes sense to get independent from your parents first(1).
Are you in a position to do all of this: leave father and mother, commit to a woman as your wife? If not, then don't even think of trying to become one flesh with anyone. Your question should then be: How can I live successfully celibate (i.e. single and without sex )?
And the way you do that is by understanding that any time you 'have to have something', you are setting it up as a god in your life. It is lust, which is greed - which is idolatry(2). So the thing to do is the exact opposite: occupy yourself with worshiping God.
This means offering your body as a living sacrifice to Him(3), glorifying Him and giving thanks to Him(4). This means putting your hope in Him, that your strength to do the right thing may be renewed(5).
He has already done everything for you from His end for this to work. He has paid the price to redeem you from your past(6). So all you have to do is trust in that(7), settle your issues with Him(8), and move on with your life with a clean slate.
And if you do all of this, you really will have a new heart(9), a new mind(10), and a new life(11) with a future and a hope(12). As you call upon Him, He will hear your prayers(13). You will be able to love everyone equally without lusting after anyone, with a love arising straight out of your relationship with God(14).
As you delight in Him and His Word, you will have right desires, and they will be met(15), because God loves to reveal Himself to the one who seeks Him with all his heart(16).
Bottom line: If you do all this, you'll either have a beautiful relationship with your wife someday, or you'll have a beautiful, loving life as a single, celibate person(17). In other words, sounds like you win either way. Please think about it.

If your trying to convinve a girl for sex then your going about it the wrong way. You should not be overly eager to show that thats all you care about. She is either ready or she's not...Or if all else fails just take your clothes off and let her decide...

Pull up in your car. Negotiate a price for money or drugs. If she seems too eager or looks around too much, she's probably an undercover cop. Take her to a hotel room but make sure nobody follows you. Always wear a condom.
