Answering the question: Culture, education etc are the main things. Sorry, we are NOT any kind of subterestrial beings which have no control over our selves and therefore rely on out body to tell US what to think... The same can be said for men too, our whole way of thinkings and believing is affected by the way we are brought up.

Biological needs to have food-and shelter supporter and a strong defender of the family. In new times words: Need of money and a strong man.

Upbringing...they tend act or not act like their mother, depending on the way they were raised. Other than that women either love being a woman or just have a major penile envy...just my opinion. :-))
