You probably will because you are only 16 and still have a chance to grow.

genetics plays an important role buddy, but I 'd say you can have some 2-4 inches if you try out what I say.I am 5"11.5 and that mainly coz I play Rugby for some years now.Just try to do the follwoing fo the next 4 years daily: 1.Do a lot of jump ropes. 2.Drink a lot of protein shakes or protein bars. 3.Do swimming(atleast 4 times per week if possible under a good instructor) 4.if you are obese and ur BMI has rocketed then this swimming will help you greatly but it should be clubbed with some aerobics or cardios. 5.Buy a cycle, and ride in your cycle to all the nearby places.Just raise the seat such that you barely able to touch the pedals when its at the bottom most part. But make sure you have control. Also be safe.Just have good brakes and control all the times. 6.if possible,Join a basket ball team or just practice it.(some may say that you are 18 and cannot grow.Just don't give your ears to them.If you are focused you'll achieve it. But you should be dedicated and put 100% committment.

There are no exercises that will specifically make you taller, but working out to improve your health is always a good idea. Most young men go through a growth spurt at around 17 or 18 before they reach their final height. Make sure your diet is as good as it can be, drink lots of skim milk, and get some extra sleep. And of course, you know that drugs, booze and cigarettes will undermine anything else you are doing, so avoid them like the plague.
Good luck to you!

I was 5'8" tall at the age of 17... now I am 6'2". I didn't do anything specific. It's all based on genetics. If you are going to be taller, you will be... I think males keep growing sometimes past 20 years old.

Well the good news is you aren't nearly done growing. Men don't quit growing until they're 24, women are done when they're 18. Your nose and ears never quit growing. Many doctors are suggesting Pilates as a way of strengthing and streching your body's muscle structure, which keeps them stimulated and incourages growth. Sadly, most of height potential is left to genetics. Good luck!

You already seem to be tall, but anyway i suggest one home remedy
Take one full onion, grate it and put it in kitchen mixer along with 2 tsp honey. Mix well and drink the thick paste which forms at breakfast time, only once a day. Observe your height after three months. If not satisfied continue the process for another three months. But in any case, do not continue after 9 months.

Nothing will make you grow. Some sports which are hard on your body will make your body growth be stunted (take a look at gymnasts). The best thing you can do is eat a healthy diet, excersize, and learn to appreciate your height.

You will still grow for several more years. In the meantime, make sure you eat healthily and drink loads of milk. I have a friend who is four inches taller than his brothers because he drank tons of milk everyday, and I have another friend who is 22, whose little sister is already three inches taller than her and both of her parents at age 14. She also drinks lots of milk everyday. Good luck!

Vitamins with lots of calcium. But the real thing is all in your DNA. This is hereditary, it can go way back to your ancesters. Just wait a while longer it'll come at you when you least expect it.
