Definition of incest:
1. Sexual relations between persons who are so closely related that their marriage is illegal or forbidden by custom.
2. The statutory crime of sexual relations with such a near relative.
The definition doesn't seem to exclude any gender combination, so sisters can have incestuous relationships.
I suppose it all depends on how you define "sexual relations". Would a snog be considered an act of sexual relation? I'd say an act with the intent of, or having the effect of sexual arousal is an act of sexual relation. In other words, I would consider twin sisters making out to be incest.
However, if it's just a peck on the cheek or a quick kiss on the lips in a sisterly way, then what the heck. If you find that watching 2 sisters kissing on the cheek sexy then you need your head checked.

I'm a identical twin and we'd never do that for the satisfaction of a man ! why do we have to impress guys doing that id want to be wanted for who i was not for snogging my twin sister !
we are so different in personality ways but people think your totally the same as you look alike it would never work .
somethings are better left as a fantasy other wise you'll have none to think of .
