Several tests in England have proved that Omega 3 helps with your memory. You can find this supplement in any Drug Store, Walmart, or a Supermarket. I use it.
There are a lot of supplements that make many claims, but few are proven. The only supplement the FDA recognizes is calcium.

You just have to read the material.
And don't do drugs, that'll kill your brain cells.
Brain cells cannot be gained back.
Read and reread if you have to.
A chemical found in peppermint helps you concentrate a little more, but not remember things easier. ( I read that somewhere)

Ginseng helps with memory. Also, while you are studying, put a cut lemon in a bowl near you. Citrus scents make the brain more 'alert'.

Don't know. Though I have heard of a drug that is banned in the US that has virtually no side effects and has been proven to add, on average, a letter grade to a student's grades. It's available in Europe, and probably Latin America. Sorry, no name.

i think there is no such thing as "medicine for the brain" to keep your memory workin, if so then all of us now have our own flying "A" on Phds or Masterals... i guess you really dont have to memorize all of it, you need to read and understand your lesson..once you understand it, for sure you knew it.. luck!!
