I like it. If we didn't have it, the sun would come up at 4:30 in the morning, and when I can't get to sleep, that 4:30 comes pretty dang quick.

It's nice to have the extra hour of light in the evening, but I hate it when we have to set the clock ahead in April. I have a lot of trouble adjusting to the time change; it seems to throw my body rhythms off

I agree with you, I never liked it since I migrated here in USA. I have families in three continents and I can never master the time differences.
