The answer is of course relative to the answerer. In most opinions I'd like to think, given the first amendment, it is more important to ask questions about God rather than to assume what knowledge the curious currently holds to be the one true cannon of the almighty. The mere fact that a question is asked indicates a curiosity about the nature of God, and, so, the nature of ourselves. And asking questions here on Earth is a good way of attaining knowledge, which, as we all know, is power.

Reading the bible teaches us about God and His love for us. When one commits to a personal relationship with God you get to know God on a personal basis. Asking others about God is good also because it gives opportunity to come together to worship our Lord and Savior.

It is very important to know God. You are making the costliest mistake you can ever make if you assume that there is no God. He has created you and questioning his existence is the stupidest thing one could ever do. To know God should be as important as your breath. Know GOD, Know JESUS.

It is important to ask about God, to come to know about God, and then ultimately to come to know him personally.

For a brief explanation of how to come into relationship with the God of the Universe, see http://www.godsci.org/gs/new/essence.html

For scientific and intellectual evidence for the existence of God, see http://www.godsci.org/gs/godsci/evidence.htm

I used to be an atheist. Over a period of time however, I grew convinced of the existence of the Christian God, and ultimately committed my life to Christ.

For a draft-version of my journey from atheism to Christ, see http://www.godsci.org/gs/chri/testimony/seek.html

To ask. God wants us to always question things because that is what separates a human from an animal. Our ability to think and reason. He wants us to celebrate this because being closeminded leads to the downfall of mankind.

Ask, considering Man can never fully know God. We can only strive to understand God through his attributes.
