little tiny sores inside your mouth...they hurt like HELL! gargle your mouth with warm salt water. but dont directly put salt on it or you will scream bloody murder!

They are a form of Herpes.

Don't worry though, Canker sores are not the sexually transmitted type of Herpes.

I have been told they are common after having dental work done. You can buy medicine to relieve the pain. They usually go away after a few days.

I get them allot I think from experience that they're related to sugar but I know that they are related to Herpes not that we have it or any thing just do salt water rinses
