You can buy a home test kit fromg Walgreen or CVS. It's called "Baby Start" and it's a home fertility test for men. You basically masturbate into a little cup, add a few drops of various solutions, and then dump it into a little tester. After 10-15 minutes you can read the results. It's very basic, but it will at least tell you whether you have an adequate sperm count or not. It doesn't take into account motility, exact concentrations, etc. It just tells you whether or not you have a low sperm count or an adequate sperm count. If you want more details, you'd have to go to a clinic and spank it into another cup.

Go to a fertility clinic and have the semen sperm count tested.
