Maybe, beacause they think that's absolutely normal. You should talk to them and explain how important for you it is...

Speak to your wife about it and tell her how you are feeling. BUT first of all what is this word 'sacrifice' that i am seeing?? You're the father and should have to do everything in NEED for your wife and kids! Thats one of the duties of being a dad.

I can EMPATHISE WITH U in ur situation, as am also in a slimilar boat.
i've often wondered if it is a crave for ATENTION-SEEKING. somehow there is NO evidence for it though.
i've also pondered if am feeling neglected........which is possible. after a day's work when one arrives home to find everyone engrossed & lost to the TUBE and ur PRSENCE is felt only for pecuniary needs. Another irritating dynamic is none of your inetrests seem to fall in line with them - like when u propose some outing, say to a Park or something, they only have SHOPPING on their agenda !!
Life as OSSIE in SUMMER OF 42 says " at times is a PAIN IN THE ....."
It has to be ENDURED WITH as WHAT CANNOT BE CURED as Margerate Mitchel says in GONE WITH THE WIND !

Cause theyre Ingrates! Theyd find some other poor slob to leech of if you werent there. Think they could take care of themselves if you werent there? Not likely!

they care about you they might not show it to you but they do care u jsut have to take the time and tell them how you like tell them that you dont feel like they care about you tell them whats on ur mind just be open and express ur feelings toward them

they care, it just may seem like they dont care but they do!!! you re stressin right now and it feels like they dont respect you or understand you. good luck, they love you and want you.
