if you are old enough, you should be able to roll back the foreskin fully. if this does not happen, it is because you haven't matured enough physically. so wait a few years. it takes some till puberty.
so if it can be rolled back (which i presume it can't otherwise you would have found out through experimentation) then just roll it all the way back and it should stay there tucked behind the ridge of the glans.
remember, we are all different, it might not be like that for you. you need to describe yourself more.

Circumcision is a totally useless procedure. It is only done to help prevent cancer of the penis. This can be avoided with proper hygiene. To keep the for skin ply-able it must be pulled back on a daily basis during a shower or bath. Keep what god has given you.

You would have to get the foreskin cut off, called circumcision. Normally done on babies with parents' permission.
If you got it done now, they wouldn't give you any pain medication.

you need to be circumsized, that is having the foreskin removed surgically, good luck
