Can i have free online sites that offer free courses , as i wanted to learn them.. also wanted to have the certificate of completion

I doubt much of anything that would give out a legitimate certificate would be free.

Barnes and Noble offers some free online courses. I do not know if you get a certificate or not.

Nothing comes for free dear. You can find free tutorials at net but they wont give you a completion certificate. Why should they when you are paying nothing at all, isn't it? Type 'free tutorials in...(your subject)' in Google and you shall get enough results.
