I wouldnt do anything until its cut out.

I used to have my hair permed and then had it straightened. Unfortunately if your hair isnt naturally straight then even if you get it straightened, your natural hair growth pattern will override the straightening.

This is what happened to me and I had my hair straightened and now its gone all wavy again and my hair is in the worse condition and i wish I had left it alone.

Now I have to just wait and get it cut out bit by bit.

good luck

Well sweetie, you should've asked your beautician how long you have to wait(unless you got what I call those "kitchen perms" that you did yourself..sorry, that's the mother coming out of me!)before chemically straightening your hair. Usually, the rule is six to eight weeks. In other words, you have to let the perm grow completely out before you do anything else. If not, you'll look like a plucked chicken! Good luck and be well! Go to this website for more info, dearie.

wait at least six to eight weeks, you don't want to mix chemicals or your hair WILL fall out.
personal experience.
I asked for perm type a, got perm type b, and hair fell out, broke off, wound up getting it all cut off really short and had to start ALL OVER AGAIN!

sure, in the journey that your perm takes properly you may desire to be waiting to straighten your perm and once you wash it the curl might desire to leap back. the only difficulty you may desire to might desire to problem approximately is over working your hair.
