My daughter started having serious sleeping problems around 12 months. I made an effort to watch what she ate, among other things. I've come to the conclussion that either she was going through a learning spurt or food coloring was affecting her. I still don't let her have too much food coloring in things such as fruit snacks. I've heard from other people that food coloring acts similar to caffeine in kids.

reaction to something in the food you are feeding him. Don't believe the "it's a normal boy thing" that excuse is a crock
have a look around this site
I found my daughter went hyper and linked it to honey and jam. I took her of them and had no problems. It wasn't the sugar because i could feed her lollies and other sugary things and had no problems. Later on i tried them again and she was fine, she grew out of it

Part of it is the 18 month old love of life. Other reasons include being over tired, over stimulated, and lack of self control.

he is a normal child my son is very hyper. He is a tipicle child. Just tell him its time to relax. Help him relax by giving him a story. and turn off the lights and watch cartoons. It helped my child. But, other wise his fine. and not to worry.

take it from a trained babysitter, babies like to have fun or he could be fighting his sleep. But it also could be your kids personality. Loud and wild!

Don't feed him anything with sugar in it. He will grow out of that stage, but sugar makes it worse.
