not that i am incapable of loving, but i realize that i loved more fiercely and freely when i was younger. and after being burned many times, it is sooo difficult for me to conjure romantic feelings up for anyone. it's like i have a wall and even though i'd like to break it down, i just can't. instead of love, i get a sick/disgusted feeling in my stomach sometimes-and i know it's me and not the other person.
how do you fall in love again with a young heart?

Do you have a good friend to talk things through with? Talking about all your fears and feelings with a close friend can help you to break down walls. (Or a counselor but you don't always have to go that far)
In the end, you have to gather enough courage to take the risk again. You have two paths. One is lonely, but without any risk. The second is risky, but is the only one that will lead you to fall in love again.
It should be a reinforcement to yourself that you're still here and you're still okay! Breaking up and getting over the wrong guy didn't bring the end of the world! You're strong! You survived. It means you have the strength inside of you to do it!

Stop craving for what you once had. So you're in a yucky time of love, its like your in denial of having a good relationship.
1. You're an adult, you need mature relationships
2. You probably dont want so much puppy teen love anyway
3. Go out with someone you wouldn't expect to.

don't break the wall done just peak over it little by little. and a young hart just thinks about sex an old hart thinks about love. If anything talk to your doctor maybe its a hormone problem.

you just have to give it time you cant 'make' ur self love again you have to give it time so u feel that way again and you will it may seem long but when the right person comes along u'll melt. just be patient
