can any body tell me how to validate windows before 30 days period is over with out actually buying them

if you bought it with a new computer, or off the shelf then you should have the key that goes with it. If you downloaded it or a friend gave it to you then your out of luck.

You don't have to pay. You validate through the Interweb for FREE or you call them up and have it activated for FREE.

I don't think you have to pay to validate. I never had to.
