i don't really know if you are refering to sex, but I assume you are. Most everybody on thsi site is obsessed by , seems like. I don't think they were active until God gave them the go ahead soon after the apple incident.
He said that Adam knew his wife Eve and they had a son. I don't know if they did it more than once to get Eve preganant the first time, because He also tells of the second pregnancy of Eve and that Adam knew his wife Eve and they had a son.
Maybe they didn't do it but twice in their lifetimes.
But this remains a unknown to us, we were not there and will never know down here . You will have to wait and ask God when you see Him.

Um.. sorry God kicked Adam and Eve out of the garden when they ate the fruit of good and evil.
