Introducing a relationship to poligamy is frought with problems including trust, self esteem, etc. You risk eroding the fundemental principles of the relationship itself. Some people can make an open lifestyle work for their relationship. However, both people have to be brought into it strongly and both people have to be secure in their love, trust and sexuality.

Of course you should feel guilty, do you?? Sounds like you don't. You should not pressure anyone into doing something like that. You should discuss it with her and tell her your thoughts. She will either say a simple yes or no and that should be enough for you. If you truly value your relationship you would not be even considering having a 3some at all. Most times involving a third party can end badly. I would seriously have a long hard think about where you are going with this because she might not like the idea. You could loose her.

If you want to keep her your girlfriend after the threesome, then yes, it's a bad idea to be pressuring her into it. A relationship has to be incredibly strong to have a threesome and both parties need to trust each other. It's cool to let your gf know that you're interested in one, but if you want to keep your relationship with her, ease off on the pressure and hopefully she'll come around on her own.

Yes. Why not a threesome with a hot guy? She might prefer that. But then again she might prefer the other guy---ANY other guy. YOU sir are being unreasonably pushy. Trust me, she'll love you more if you respect her (and it sounds like you DON'T respect her).
