it is not how I did it but I know many who it worked for!
It weeds out those who are not serious!

We met online. I actually ignored his first attempt on one site. Well not actually, I just never got a chance to reply and eventually ended my membership. Then when he tried again on a different site, I was eager to have a convo with him.
We chatted for about a week (online), then talked on the phone for about a month, then met. Initially, I was a little disappointed because he's a hat man (loves to wear hats) and I felt he was hiding a little. I really couldn't see all of him so after meeting him at his hotel, he asked how we were going to travel to the resturaunt....I made him follow me. Which for me was the safest. I still didn't really know this guy. For him he says he was a little disappointed in this, and thought, "Oh well, she isn't feeling me, I'll just make the best of it." So, we have dinner. The convo was consistent and interesting. I knew we had something special when he began to try and sit closer to me, then he started looking at my feet. We had a previous phone convo about how he wasn't into feet and never really noticed women's feet and I told him that mine were cute. I was being silly and said I don't have any corns or bunyons and they are presentable, usually. So, in a lounge room at this resturaunt, he begans to look at my feet, touch them, and comment on how I actually do have cute feet. He also kissed me on the cheek and that's when I knew he would be my husband....we are getting married in 17 days!!!!! This all was a little over a year ago.

We met on the phone at work. I worked part time for a medical supply company, and she was a doctor. We talked numerous times while getting patients orders filled, then after a few months decided to finally meet for coffee. We have been together for 6 years now.

we met at work, I worked in a different part of the building to him at first but was offered a head receptionist position on the same floor as he worked, we were outside having our break and he asked me what plans for the weekend were and I said I wanted to go to Camden Market (London) and he asked if he could meet me and spend the day with me. That was 2 years ago and I love him more every day.

This isn't the day we met, but it's the first time we actually spoke.
We were on the bus and I was walking back to sit with my friend. The bus made a sharp turn and I fell into his lap. A few months later, he brought me home to meet his parents. He father commented that "beautiful, sweet girls like that don't just fall into your lap." My darling's response was, "Well she did!"

I was broken hearted by someone else-I walked into GNC to buy diet pills at the Mall and he worked there- Our eyes met as he was helping a customer. Later he came up to me and helped me buy my hydroxicut. We talked about how I just moved to Cali- after I paid for my pills- He slid his phone number across the counter toward me. I thought it was my reciept but it wasn't. I looked up and we both were shocked. Later on we met to catch "Kill Bill 2." Two years later and we are still together-- Happily.

His sisters are my member in one community we belong to. I was invited at their house, he was there. WE were introduced. Nothing much, bu then, one lazy afternoon, we met at the mall, he with his friends, i with my friends. He greeted me and that was the start that he asked my number from his sisters and texted me, calls me at home, at work. And just one afternoon, with the rain pouring heavily, he was all soaked and wet, he just showed in my workplace. That was the start of the beautiful romance. We are over 2 years married now , blessed with one cute kid and we still are very in love with each other.

I was asked to write to my friends boyfriends cell-mate. At first I was a bit skeptical but once I met him, I was hooked. He's everything I could want in a mate. A friend and a true believer in me. He supports me in everything I want to do and is there to catch me if I fall

i fell in love sooo many times. but this one will crack you up. i met her in my country in south korea. her dad was into export/ import. she was a cute girl. there were several famous people there. it was a political chaos in my country. i was going to come to america at the age of 7. i met bob hope in my country. he was funny. i met this girl who was russian. she tried several times to talk to me in english. i didn't speak any english then, so every time she tried talking to me, i nodded. i came on a plane to america, and there she was in the airport waiting for me. she was sooo dam cute. there were several famous actors/ actresses in the LAX. i held her hand, and i thought we would be great friends. she left me... i met her again in jr. high several times, she had gone to a private school. i missed her sooo much. we were sexually involved in jr. high, then she left me because of her friends, who are famous actors/actresses now, you know them very well. i met her two years ago again, she looked like she was pretty involved in mainstream. i didn't bother to say anything to her. i pretended i didn't know her, because i heard she was getting married. i didn't want to change her mind. i'm sure she will be very well taken care of. but the truth is, i loved her, and i don't think she will ever know.
