you could make home-made mac n' cheese. bring several cups of whole milk ( or 1/2 and 1/2 if you're not worried about calories) to a simmer in a medium sauce pan. gradually add small pieces/slices of whatever cheese you'd like (I personally like sliced deli american cheese for this recipe) and stir constantly until you've created a smooth sauce. Turn off the stove and set the saucepan aside for several minutes so that the cheese sauce cools and thickens. Once thickened, pour over cooked spaghetti and toss to coat. Enjoy
