ur ex has no rt to deceide that, it is 4 a court to deciede. as the father u have rts.

If you are in the US, Canada, and many other countries, you have a right to see your child. If your name is on the birth certificate of the child, that is all you need to go to court and petition for visitation rights. Be prepared to start paying child support as well. You have the right and responsibility to support your child, as well as to see it.
If your name is not on the birth certificate, then you may have to get DNA testing done to establish paternity, and go to court from there.
