To think christianity is the most followed and asked about belief. To think a man spoke the word for 3 years only and it is still being heard and talked about 2000years later???

That's pretty neat, really.

I think He'd use the media, but I think He'd also "go about doing good," just like He did before.

Unfortunatly he wouldn't get it heard. He may try and he may find a few followers, but it would not find world wide recogition. He would be another Ron L Hubbard. Some sort of tabloid would dig up some minor dirt and if they couldn't find any they make some up to try and expose him as a fraud. In most circles he would be laughed at, like he was back then. Remember the only reason his word is so popular now is because we (christians) tortured, slaughtered, burned, defeated all those who stood against us. Today that sort of thing is frowned upon.

What you spoke of is very powerful.. That means Jesus created a lot of impact in his days on earth and even up to now, more than 2000 years later..

He'll probably do like what he said he would do according to Isaiah - that he'll proclaim God's goodness, help the poor, needy, orphaned, and widowed, bring comfort to the broken-hearted - basically seeking the ones who are lost.

If you look at it in a different perspective, Jesus is still here today. True Christians are made to be His representative here on Earth.. We are to be His hands and His feet - bringing love and the good news to all around us, carrying His presence wherever we go, spreading His compassion to those around us.. It's just up to us whether we wanna live up to that challenge or not..

The same way He did then - to the people God had chosen and send out missionaries from his Disciples and then send someone out like Paul for the rest of the world. Why should he change his ways, just because there's more options today? Scripture says he's the same yesterday, today and tomorrow.

He would still do what He had done before, because He want a true and pure hearts to come to Him (not just for publicity and all of it) personally. He is an intimate person who likes things to be done personally. He went from town to town personally, right? And wanted a response personally too.

well theres a song I have somewhere called Jesus Rides Harley Too, and my youth pastor told me about this poem that says basically if jesus were alive today he would ride a motercycle, hand out with drunks and prostitutes, be pierced and tatooed, and everything would be the same as it was in the bible.

I would hope that the message would be one of action. There's enough people talking right now but very few taking any remedial actions. I wouldn't believe anybody who just says he is Christ anyway. We've got enough of those types already.

If Jesus was here today, I don't think He would have any problem getting his message heard

i suspect he'd only be preaching to a chosen few at an insitiution for the insane, They'd lock him up, and the born-again people would be leading the pack

It is quite simple, He would tell us the same thing that He told us to do before he was crucified. (Joh 5:39) "Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me."
