A girl is pulled over and she doesn't know what to do. She begins to flirt with the cop and asks, will you take me to your policeman ball. The cop replies, "Mam, I am a state trooper, not a policeman. State troopers don't have balls."

He's mortified that he's just told her he doesn't have balls, and feels obligated to prove to her he does, in fact, have a pair. He shows her, and gets to thinking, "If I give her the ticket, there's a good chance she shows up in court, telling everyone I showed her my balls..." He tells her to have a nice day, and never pulls her over again.
