I just want to kiss him, but then I dont want to scare him off...we've had this little "thing" for a while now...even my dad wonders why we havn't kissed yet..and thats pretty bad. Its simple: He's just not forward, and he likes to take his time, he doesn't like to rush into things...Plus his last relationship just ended like a year ago...idk..What do I do? Do I just tell him to kiss me, to see if there is any spark, or wait for him to kiss me?

Wait for the right moment. It could be the first kiss in a beautiful, life long relationship. You want it to be special...perfect. You will both know when it's right. Until then....::kisses::
