The seperation that you speak of, is the definition of evil. It exists as an empty space, where something should be. It's like a fault line, that can be traced back to it's origens (genesis). It is the nature of man to Judge God, and it started with the first person you can call a man. That's the difference between man, and homo sapien. And yes, you can call that nature, ego. Religion tries to bring people back together. Christianity recognizes that bond, as love. Love has no pride, and pride is from ego. So once again, I say you are right.

that's interesting. Before I saw your little add-on, I thought of a dozen things, but the "deadliest human ego" is the best answer to your question.

I would have to say it is personality... or lack of one in some cases... We all differ in ways that we feel and thoughts we think about things. In my opinion. The human ego is much greater in the males, sorry guys but it is true... and it can play a big part in separation of the males.

The dealiest thing that seperates us is our inability to really care about more than roughly 150 people (known as the monkey sphere). This is a fundamental limit of the human psyche that probably destines us to always be in conflict, unless we find a way to organize ourselves around it.

Money and greed! People are still classed today, and you see little mingling between the classes. The upper class hate the lower classes because they do don't have what they have, or what ever reason the have for hating them. The lower class hates the upper class because of jealousy, or resentment. People fight over money or possessions like land. They kill over things like oil. I believe that all hate is in some way related to money or greed.

The inability and unwillingness for different groups of people to understand each other. I'm not saying opposing religions, ethnic groups, etc... must be the best of friends, but they should not be ignorant of each other. They must recognize that life on this planet improves when people can be civil with each other.

The single greatest thing that separates one human from another is a difference in economic status.

language
Gen.11:7 Come now! Let us go down and there confuse their language that they may not listen to one another’s language.” 8 Accordingly Jehovah scattered them from there over all the surface of the earth, and they gradually left off building the city. 9 That is why its name was called Ba´bel, because there Jehovah had confused the language of all the earth, and Jehovah had scattered them from there over all the surface of the earth
