my son has a third nipple...
the doctor said this is a natural thing and happens fairly often.. some women have been known to have six nipples... that is fairly rare but three nipples is pretty common..

Both of my children have a small indention on their chest. From a distance it looks like a small bruise. My pediatrician said that they are third nipples that never developed.
