Well, you don't really give enough info to know. If you called the clinic I work at, I would ask the following questions:
How old is your puppy?
Is it current on its vaccinations?
How long have you had the puppy?
Have you recently changed its food?
Did it eat anything unusual? or anything besides it's normal dog food?

Your pup could have worms. New or a different type/brand of food can also cause minimal bleeding. I own 7 dogs and my folks own a kennel. If the bleeding continues please seek the advise of a professional. If your pet hasn't been wormed or checked by a vet, do so. Some pups need more than one worming depending on the level of infestation. Check the stool out to see if any worms are present. If your pup is over 6 months old, have it tested for heart worm too. With so many dogs at home, we run up quite a vet bill. Your puppy could have swallowed something that irritated it's bowels.

Get the puppy to a vet! It is not normal. It is a sign something is wrong. How serious that is, and whether anything can be done, is something only a vet can tell you, and probably only after examining the puppy.

To the vet as quickly as possible. Not only could it be worms or a bladder or kidney infection, puppies eat everything and something she ate could have damaged her stomach or intestines. My lab got a hold of a corncob when he was 2 and needed major surgery to save his life.

that does not sound healthy. When there is a problem with an animal just think of it in human terms. Example: is it normal for a
new born baby to bleed out of any orifice?....lol
