Siblings don't always get along but it doesn't mean they don't care about one another. You do love your brother and that natural bond pulls your concern to the forefront.
But take this opportunity to write him and let him know what his service and absence means to you. It will close the gap and perhaps open a new communication and closeness between you two.
You must miss his ways, his face, his presence or you wouldn't be crying.

Just because you and your brother didn't get along doesn't mean that you don't love him or care for him! You miss him and want him back by you again. If you can, let your brother know how your feelings are and when he comes back you and him can fight and kick each other as much as you did before. As long as both of you know that you love each other, there's no problem!

for that very reason hun, b/c he's overseas in the airforce. also reading and hearing all the tragedies on the news probably doesn't help if he flies a lot for his job or if he is even deployed. regardless of sibling rivalry, you are brother and sister and you'll always love and miss eachother. i feel the same about my brothers sometimes...we live worlds apart and although they drive me nuts i miss them so much.

i know how u feel my brother went to a place called cstep for bout 3 or 4 months i cryed.we didnt even get along but i know that even if u torrchers me he loves me.like i do him.when he cam back nothing changed that is just the bont u have with him.

I have to say..I am in the Army...and being away from my family and friends, I appreciate them alot more than I ever did. It's the fact that I never realized how lucky I was until I came to this country..Iraq...and saw how Americans take advantage of their freedoms so much...Your bro loves you and I am sure misses you very much...write him and let him know your feelings...He will love it...

Even though you might not get a long you still care for him. It's ok to cry. You want him to be safe so when he comes home you can kick his butt like old times!

Just because you don't get along does not mean that you don't love him or even miss him. My sister and I have a rocky relationship, but I still love her.

you find yourself crying because he is family and you love him even if you dont get along. it is ok to cry. he is your brother and he loves you too. me and my sis dont get along but if she was in the airforce i would cry because i love her adn miss her.

deep down you love him and you want him to come home safe with all the other USA military men/women. write him a letter,let him know you think about him and miss him,thank him for his service,robin
