Hello Paula,

I'm not sure if you know this or not, but if you have a Microsoft Windows PC with Windows Media Player 10+, you're in luck! If not, you can visit http://www.microsoft.com and download the newest version.

Here's how you can rip CD's with ease with the free software, Windows Media Player.

1.) Insert the CD that you would like to rip
2.) Select the RIP option from the tab on the top (this will differ on the version that you have -- please look around if you cannot find it)
3.) Wait until it has finished, and there you go! If you want, you can also change the bitrate and RIP settings. If you don't know what this is, I would suggest leaving it at Windows Media Player's default.

I prefer this over any other ripping software... it's fast, it's easy, and it's FREE!
