Stomach sick? Drink some tea and relax. Nervousness is like a whirlwind, and all you can do is hang on and hope to see that light through its eye. But tea helps a lot. Drink it slow, take deep breaths, concentrate on your breathing, and eventually you'll feel alright (unless you dwell on the possibility or feeling of nervoisness).

If you do, take some vitamin C

sorry, that was kinda mean... but do take 500 mg of C about 3 times a day until you feel better.
