In our salon, we have deemed it the "Abercrombie" cut, because you see a lot of guys in the Abercrombie ads wearing it.
It is a mid length style (below the ears to right above the shoulders) cut in round layers but more square to a mans features than on a woman. It is also heavily texturized with a razor, peiced out with a styling tool such as pomade or a wax and sometimes (most of the time when you see it in a picture) it has had a flat iron taken to it.
The best thing to do is to take several pictures you can find of this cut to a salon (pictures from different angles if you can get ahold of them) so that they can best match this for the style you are trying to achieve.

your best bet would be to show a picture, then the stylist can know exactly what you're looking for, instead of working from a vague description.

my little brother wanted the same cut really bad so he just took a picture but make sure its a good stylist some ppl dont know how to do it right...hes gotten some bad chops

I had hair like that, but I just go it all cut off :(, anyways, make sure you go to a GOOD hairstylist, that is a very difficult cut for some people. I dont know why, but some really F-ed up my hair sometimes.

Print the picture and bring it with you so your stylist can SEE it.

bring in the picture and cross your fingers. do you really want that haircut? you know in two weeks its going to be even more grown out and silly looking.

it's called a longer shag mens cut with razored textured ends.Just bring in that pic!!!!!!!!

its called bowl-cut or now a days its called mushroom hair. or from a black guy (no offense to black ppl but this black racist guy who hates other ppl who arent black and have mushroom hair, he says they have mop hair) ------- mop hair. mkay
