Smile, be confident. The hard part is over, she is going out with you. Don't try to impress her, just be yourself. She will love you for being yourself.

I met my gorgeous fiancee online. Who would have thought an old, overweight Tank driver in the Army could ever have a hot, sexy, young, vibrant Cheerleader, with a great career, nice home and super car??? I never regret a moment of my life since I met her.

I'm speaking (or typing whatever) from personal experience. Online meetings turning into a face to face relationship 97% or so of the time don't work. You'll more then liking be saving both you and her alot of time and pain if you just don't show up and let her know before hand. If she is a local and you really want to meet her. The best advice I can give is go but don't think of it as a date and make sure she doesn't either. Just go as a meeting and nothing more you know introduce your selves and try to get to know each other a little and gradually turn it from an online thing to friends in a face to face thing. Then let it progress from there on its own.

just realx and have fun, she is bringing the other people to make sure your not a freak and going to try something stupid! All you have to do is be yourself. Who ever you said you were on the computer is who she wants to meet so make sure you relax and act normal! Dont let the other people slow you down, something like that can be fun, because if you can get everyone to start talking you will actually find out more because some friends dont know how to keep their mouth shut!

I wouldn't chicken out...just go and see what happens, you have nothing to lose. As for the awkward silences, with more people it may be a bit easier to converse rather than just with the girl. Just talk to everyone there and ask questions about themselves and then try to relate what you know or have experienced with what they say and you should be fine.

Man I have met all kinds of people from the net. Just go and have a good time. Relax she must like you to want to meet face to face.
The other couple is for her protection and comfort zone.
Meet in a public place and have fun see how it reads out. If you get a bad feeling and cant shake it off then leave.

She thinks, obviously, same way as you. Bringing other couples is the only solution for awkward silence. If you really likes her, go for the date. Better still if you can get along well with her friends.

don't invite someone extra then she might think you are trying to gang rape her. just be cool and as long as you didn't tell any lies online you are good to go. talk to her like you talk to her online unless you talk dirty or anything like that. if their is awkward silence ask the new couple questions about them such as what they do, how long they have been together, you know stuff about their lives. the best way to start off a successful relationship with a person is with honesty, and by getting to know their friends and making them like you. i hope things work out and good luck.

Be yourself. Your date is bringing someone along for security and to make certain that you are not a pervert. Why don't you invite someone along as well for support? That way, you wouldn't feel uncomfortable.
