Basically in a nutshell... is the belief that Christ has already come a second time. All the websites I have found are very complex, and all I have managed to discover, is that the Bible does say that not a generation would pass before the second coming, and not all of the apostles would die before the second coming. Are there any more things like this?

Anyways, the predorist (from what I have found) thinks Christ came again once. To destroy Jerusalem.

But THE coming has yet to happen.

What are the views supporting this theory, and have I missed any points on this?

You know, I simply don't think this theory makes sense. I have read about it in "Revelation: Four Views - A Parallel Commentary" by Steve Gregg. Jerusalem was destroyed by the Romans, and historical sources back that up. There were so many prophecies made that are supposed to happen before Jesus comes again. He will come at the last trump (there are seven trumpet judgements - you probably already knew that). Those trumpet judgements definitely did not happen in the first century, so Jesus could not have already came and left. To get more insight, I recommend buying the book (you most likely won't find it in your local library). It's so easy to see what how stance (preterist, historicist, fururist, and spiritual) feels about the prophecies in Revelation, because they are broken down into small chunks in a side-by-side format. I can't do the preterist theory justice here - there's too much.
