i'm thinking you should apply for a patent or something and then ask bottling companies if you can sell them your fiber packaging to package the bottles.

sounds cool! the first place I would go is to packaging magazines and send them photos and a write up. These magazines will get into the hands of manufacturers and packaging designers.
I am a packaging designer and would love to see images of this unique process!
