people of both sexes tell me that i am extremely attractive, and that i have an attractive body and smile. however, i guess thats not enough, because i dont get hit on alot, and when it does happen they never come straight to me. people always try to hook up with me through family members. i just dont get it. are people just lying to me about being beautiful... or am i just being too insecure?

Can i get an "AMEN"? as a single gal, folks tell me da same thing "your cute" or "you have a beautiful smile". I don't have many guys hittin on me or askin me out. The same thoughts comes to mind about insecurities or folks just playin with me. And at times, its lonely and you feel when is it mine turn to find love. Where is he? I learned that love is not rushed. FATE is unexpected. There is someone for everyone. Be patient! You will find Mr. RIGHT.. He may be already standing in front of you.. jUST you never noticed. thats my two cents. good luck with ya search. Pretty soon guys be after you left and right..

Ahhhhhhhh the curse of the beautiful princess.
I dont care what guys try to tell you.....Beautiful women intimidate them. Guys usually just arnt that comfortable with the competition that they expect from other guys when they are with a really attractive woman.
The girl I'm dating now is model type pretty. I knew her for six months before I actually had the chance to ask her out. When I asked her when the last time she was out on a date, she told me that other then being out with the girls...a guy hadnt asked her out on a real date in almost a year.
Dont worry....once you start sorting out the toads...your prince will find you.

People call me gorgeous and beautiful all the time, but I can't get a date to save anyone's life! So, I feel you!
Work on being secure in your attractiveness. This does not mean that you should be stuck-up, but it DOES mean that whether or not anyone hits on you, you have to know that you are beautiful, inside and out.

You need to rely on your own instincts and seek out a partner that YOU are interested in and make the first move. Also, alot of people are intimidated by a person who they feel is too attractive or out of their league. So, relax and be yourself. Being beautiful can be a burden if you let it. Shalom.

Well first of all, stay confident. Also, many people tend to think that all the good looking people are taken. So they won't even bother hitting on you..and if they do not go straight to you, it means that they're checking if you're single! Doesn't it make sense now?

it's simple... when u r too beautiful... almost everyone thinks that you already must be going out with someone... becaue ur too beautiful to be left alone... that's why no one actually hits at you straight... they r just scared they might face rejection from a wonderful beautiful person like you... the will rather be atleast ur friend than face rejection...
so don't put down urself...

2. You're so attractive that potential boyfriends don't think they can possibly be good enough for you

Consider yourself upper class if you don't make it up to the bottom of the "hit on" list. If they are checking you out through family, how much better is that???

i think you might be to insucure if both sexes are telling you that its true and if the person cant hook up with you direct then its a mind game wait till the person asks you and not through anyone

maybe its jus that they like u a lot, and dont want to hurt. you maybe looking too beautiful but not necessary that jus coz of that someone needs to get intimate with you.
