Hit your Ctrl, Alt, and Delete buttons -- all 3 at the same time -- to start the task manager (you may have to click the task manager button to start it).

If you are saying your task manager has been disabled by a virus or by an administrator, then the following should work:

Click Start, Run and type this command exactly as given below: (Copy and paste)

REG add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v DisableTaskMgr /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f

U can press ctrl+alt+del keys at the same time in XP so that the task manager may be enabled

Hit ALT CONTROL DELETE keys all at the same time. Choose your task manager from the menu that pops up.

Or u can try moving your mouse over the taskbar & right click it.
select "Task manager"

or you can go in your taskbar, right click and click on task manager
