i met him at work and we have had good conversations and we know that we are interested in one another but i want to take it further without seeming too forward

i wouldnt do anything serious, expressing yourself is one thing but actions often speak too loudly yet actions are said to speak louder than words. if you have good conversations and are interested in each other i would go for it. being honest & open is the first part to building a wonderful relationship with another person

if you are really shy just ask for his email send him a few ecards or notes of lite conversation see if he replys .or have a small party and invite him over be sure to give him alot of attention such as dancing with him or talking at your party invite only couples so attention does not get thrown from you. or rent a boat with another couple and go sailling or fishing if he likes that kind of stuff. ask yourself how does he know u like him did u have a friend tell him.. rem. you work with him nothing to ackward

Give him lots of eye contact. Also try mentioning that you guys should do something sometime but let him choose the date location. If possible walk by him at work a few times, but only give him eye contact once or twice; that should drive him crazy.

I would just continue having the good conversations with him. Maybe lunch a time or too. Dont rush things , get to know him a little longer. People are not always how they seem at first. If it is meant to be it will happen.

Be confident, be frank and clear in your feelings towards him. Expresss your desire sincerely. Get approval of your intentions. This does not be fall into a situation you call as 'too forward'.

Just tell him......tell him cuzz you don't wanna lose him, Like when i lost a girl that i used to like (it was back in 8th grade i used to like her, she used to like another dude, I never asked her out, & thiz B!ch came & asked her out....i was so pissed that i wanted to killed him lmao :)........so tell him.....i answered thiz question cuzz there is a girl who i know she likes me, but when i say Hi to her she gets so nervous lol...maybe cuzz she is to young 13...& me 16 .......peace*
