when I read this question without reading the answers from others.....I did not think about religion...so I will answer the way I instinctively thought.
The one thing I want more than anything in the world it to be loved....by someone because they just can't help it. For someone to think of me just a tenth of a second before they think of them self....sometimes. For someone just to love me........I am a product of the good ole foster care system and in my 35 years have yet to ever know what it feels like to be loved.

I suppose if I get to the point where life is too much of a burden, and there is no real hope of it ever getting better, I'd be willing to die. From this, I conclude I'm willing to die for hopelessness.
