Does it? Wouldn't you consider a more pure path? What would that be?

I see there's a problem with the word "degradation". It means to "devalue."

It worries me for my children's sake. I keep a close eye on what they are exposed to. The world is full of evil. I choose to follow what Jesus taught to the best of my abilities and call on Him to help me when I fail.

It doesn't bother me because I live for me and laugh at all the dumb stuff people do...I think the way everything is goin now is just insane...the world is just messed up...the gov't hides stuff waists money...religious people are trying to bring the world back and talk about morals and values...they should've started when we were proud to be a nation and unite...now no one gives a damn..people only come together now when something bad happens..and thats sad...that's why i trust no one...only to a certain extent and for good reason

life in an era is like a cycle.

people are good - then they turned bad once they were too caught up with pleasures and desires and selfishness. Then they received the consequences - they became poor and wounded, many problems in the society, many crimes. Then they repented, went back to God, cultivated a good live again. Back to richness, blessings, and all things good. Then they forgot again... and lost control once more.... got caught up again with pleasures and selfishness.... and such... and... they regretted it once they tasted the bad fruits... then they returned to God it's always like that. it cycles.

pure path is of course... not to be foolish to forget what is good.

I think we become desensitized to the chaos around us. However, there is no "Pure Path", as you call it. We can follow God or whatever Higher Power one chooses , but the chaos will still exist. Chaos and serenity, good and evil all exist because it just IS, like ying and yang.

First off, a "pure path" would not be confined to a single road.

Not in general. Human life today is better than it's ever been in history. I cherish what we have achieved, even though there is room to improve.

It concerns me, but worry is unfruitful. Turn to Jesus and be saved, its the only answer.
