i was told to watch what i lift and how i do it as it would take some time for my back to heel so those that are strainimng there back early stop it please for your sake. But yes it pobably is normal because of the procedure I read all about it before I had it done and its not uncommon so im not expecting to much.
But mine does hurt when I stand in the same spot for long periods of time.

Hi, i have had three epidurals, for each of my kids, i often experience pain and discomfort especially during my period. i have been doing a little research on this and have found this to be a common thing. i wish i would have known about the long term side effects before. For my first baby the anesthesiologist tried 6 agonizing times to insert it in the right spot, i wonder if that has something to do with it?

I've had 2 epidurals. My back has gotten prety bad from it. There are times that I'll go to pick up one of my kids and my back will go out so their dad will have to carry me to the couch. I know it's not their weights because they're still babies. Only 1 and 2. I don't have a bump, but if that spot gets touched on my back i get shooting pains

I had epidural and is already experiencing backache in less than 6 months. Whenever I had the backache I used a medical plaster and it works wonder! I couldn't even stand up and after using the plaster, I felt as if there is no backache at all.

Your back pains might be more connected to having a kid, and all the lifting, bending carrying etc which is associated with that. I know that my back is ruined for lack of care when doing all these. You might want to check it out at a back specialist... Good luckl and feel better!

That all sounds normal.. I don't have the spot anymore, but I do experience back pain where I had the injection.

I still have migraine headaches from mine and it has been years and years ago. If I had a choice and knowing what I know now I would never have one. I have backpain too but there is not anything there you can see.
